A Supreme Court decision that says states can force online retailers to collect sales tax could be a boon to Arizona. The high court overturned a 1992 ruling that allowed online businesses that did not have a physical presence in a state to not have collect that state's sales tax. Arizona could gain hundreds of millions of dollars in additional revenue due to the ruling.
