(Tampa, FL) An allegation of sexual misconduct in Scottsdale leads to the suspension of a Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback. The NFL has completed its investigation and has suspended Jameis Winston for the first three games of the 2018 season. Winston is accused of inappropriately touching a female Uber driver in March of 2016 in Scottsdale. The NFL says Winston violated the league's personal conduct policy. Winston's suspension is without pay and he won't appeal.
