(Phoenix, AZ)  --  A former Tempe Municipal Court judge has been sentenced to jail.  Thomas Robinson pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in April for stabbing his wife last August.  He's been sentenced to four months in jail and three years of supervised probation.  The judge said strong family support and genuine remorse by Robinson factored strongly into his sentencing.
