(Chandler, AZ) -- Human remains found last week in Sun Lakes are those of a missing Chandler woman. Jamie Laiaddee was murdered in 2010 by her boyfriend, Rick Valentini. He was arrested a few months after Laiaddee's disappearance and later convicted of second-degree murder. On the last day the 32-year-old woman was seen alive, she told a friend she was afraid of Valentini.
