Leave it to New York Senator Chuck Schumer to have the gall to suggest that President Donald Trump should nominate Merrick garland for the Supreme Court.
Garland was nominated in 2016 by former President Obama and was rejected with his nomination expiring in January of 2017.
What is Senator Schumer thinking?
Is he drawing at straws?
Is he trying to gen up support for his party that is in disarray?
One thing is definitely for sure...this is no doubt a desperate attempt from a section of a governing body that knows it has no power and yet is trying to wield some semblance of power.
