A Mesa man has been arrested after he tried to pull over a couple of DPS troopers on State Route 51. One of the arresting troopers says he and his partner were patrolling, undercover, in a yellow Mustang on Wednesday. The driver of the Charger then pulled beside the troopers, yelled something at them, and pulled in front. That's when the troopers turned on their lights and pulled the Charger over. Forty-four-year-old Matthew Disbro was dressed in a security guard uniform, with a duty belt and a gun. He's been charged with impersonating an officer.
