Man Accused In Border Agent Murder In Court

A man accused of murdering a border agent is due in court in Tucson.  U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions says the man has been extradited from Mexico, but his exact location has not been released due to security concerns.

Officials say the man is part of a group of seven who got into a shootout with border agents in 2010, which left agent Brian Terry dead.

Investigators say Terry was killed with a weapon traced back to the Operation Fast and Furious scandal.
