(Phoenix, AZ) -- Thousands of Arizonans will soon be getting claim forms to get their portion of the settlement from Volkswagen. VW agreed to pay Arizona consumers up to one-thousand-dollars for every qualifying vehicle sold and leased in the state between 2008 and 2015. Checks are expected to go out in November. The settlement also calls for Volkswagen to pay 20-million-dollars to Arizona's general fund for education purposes.
