(Peoria, AZ) -- Investigators are trying to determine how a woman ended up dead in her car along the 101 while her baby was home alone. DPS troopers discovered the body of 29-year-old Stella Kiarie Sunday morning in her car against the median at 101 and Bell Road. Officials say she had a rope around her neck and injuries inconsistent with a minor accident. They noticed a car seat in the vehicle and found a one-year-old boy at her home alone.
