Part Of A Sexual Hazing Lawsuit Is Tossed

Part of a lawsuit against Hamilton High School over sexual abuse allegations has been dismissed.  A federal judge ruled that school officials did not have a constitutional duty to protect the players.  

Several former football players and their families claim administrators failed to notify law enforcement about the allegations of hazing that included sexual abuse.  

The remaining claims on the lawsuit will move forward.
