(Phoenix, AZ) -- A week-long special operation by ICE has resulted in dozens of arrests in Arizona. The ICE operation in Phoenix, Flagstaff and Yuma resulted in the arrest of 78 immigrants. Some of those arrested had previous serious criminal convictions, including kidnapping, drug trafficking and aggravated assault. Field office director Henry Lucero says Arizona is now safer with these immigrants off the street.
