A Mesa man is facing a mountain of charges after being busted with pipe bombs. Jeffrey Metcalf was placed in handcuffs during a traffic stop earlier this week after cops found bomb-making materials inside his car.
Investigators were sent to his home where they found 42 pipe bombs ready to go and loaded with shrapnel.
Metcalf reportedly suffers from PTSD and told the police he was going to dispose of his homemade bombs in a body of water.
