Let the politicization of the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings commence!
The Left is incensed about this pick for the Supreme Court and they will whine and complain until they force this nomination to be postponed or be thrown out completely.
Never mind the fact that several other Presidents have nominated while under "investigation" and not a word was said about them.
This comes down to the fact that this is "Trump's man" according to Senator Dick Durbin.
Trump Derangement Syndrome is running amok during these hearings and it is not a good look for the Democrats or simply the detractors of this particular nomination.
Will this hurt the Left? Will this help the Right? Will this vote even take place before the 2018 midterms?
The bottom line to any questioning towards this candidate is that Kavanaugh, much like Neil Gorsuch, will be a new Supreme Court Justice one way or another.
