(Phoenix, AZ) -- A Phoenix mother is charged with first degree murder in the death of her one-year-old son. On July 17th, 32 year old Donielle King told police she found the baby unresponsive and administered CPR until first responders arrived. Josiah Gishie was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say they found bruises on the baby's face and ankles. She was arrested for child abuse in July. The charges have now been upgraded to include first degree murder. King remains in the Maricopa County Jail.
