Kagan: The Courts Need To Be Fair and Impartial

First off I have to tell you that this is one of the funniest clips I have ever witnessed in my recent lifetime.

Justices Kagan and Sotomayor speaking on Fair and Impartial SCOTUS must remain!?

Let me remind everyone that is was these two who have two distinctly harsh realities that directly oppose those comments made at Princeton.

First, Elena Kagan who helped write Obamacare did not recuse herself from the vote and helped vote to confirm the passing of that act.

How is that fair or impartial!?

Sonia Sotomayor stated that she should be on SCOTUS because she was a female and Puerto Rican and could do the job better than any man could!

So the selection process for her joining the ranks of SCOTUS contradicts the notion of fair and impartial don't they!?

So now that Brett Kavanaugh has zero corroborating evidence against him in his sexual assault allegations and accusations now the Left must turn to his temperament in order to disqualify him!?

We all have bias and we all have opinions. Just because Kavanaugh disliked the Clintons does not mean he is partisan.

This outrage from the left is as usual misplaced and is once again hypocritical to say the least.

But just knowing that bias and a lack of true temperament already exists on the highest court in the land makes me feel even better about the fact that now that Donald Trump made the right call in nominating Brett Kavanaugh.
