(Tempe, AZ) -- A McClintock High School student is under arrest in connection to online threats made against the school a couple of weeks ago. Tempe police accuse the 16 year old of orchestrating the threats. The student has been suspended from school and faces multiple charges, including making a terrorist threat. The Tempe police department reminds everyone that making a threat over social media, text, or email is a federal crime, punishable by up to five years in prison.
