Valley voters whose early ballots were soaked by the torrential weekend rain are being urged to get replacements.
In a message on his Facebook page, Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes says people who need to replace a weather-damaged ballot can call his office to get a new one or can visit a vote center to cast a ballot in person.
