The polio-like illness making headlines nationwide is in Arizona.  Officials with the Arizona Department of Health Services say there have been two confirmed cases of A.F.M. in the state so far this year but details are being kept under wraps.

The illness is said to attack a person's nervous system causing weakness in the arms and legs.

Authorities say about 90-percent of 62 cases across the country have been in people 18-years old or younger this year and there may be a variety of causes.
