A prominent professor at the University of Arizona is out of a job. Keping Xie was hired to run a department at UofA's Phoenix medical school but has since been charged with child pornography possession in Texas.
The school said that Xie was no longer employed at the university. Xie had a hefty paycheck of over 300-grand and it's unclear if he was fired or if he resigned.
His attorney says his client strongly denies the charges.
