(Phoenix, AZ) -- A 92-year-old woman, charged with fatally shooting her son earlier this year, may see those charges dropped. Anna Mae Blessing is in hospice care after suffering a stroke while in jail. Her attorney plans to file a motion to have the case dismissed or sent back to the grand jury. Blessing is accused of shooting and killing her son in their Fountain Hills home in July, reportedly because he wanted to move her into an assisted living facility.
