The period of life known as the golden years is often a struggle for a lot of senior citizens. Celebrity chef and Chase AARP spokesperson Carla Hall said nearly 10,000,000 Americans are effected by hunger this holiday season.
Hall said check in on your older family members and neighbors as some seniors on fixed incomes have to choose rent and medications over food.
Hall added a donation will be made to AARP's Drive to End Hunger campaign every time someone uses their Chase AARP credit card while dinning out during the holidays.
