(Phoenix, AZ) -- If your looking for a last minute Christmas present, the MVD suggests giving the gift of a specialty license plate. An official says anyone can buy a plate for someone else. It can be done online with the name and address of the recipient, the car's current license plate number and the last two digits of the VIN. There are more than 40 plates supporting a variety of causes. Most plates are 25-dollars a year, with 17-dollars of that going to the charity. Details can be found at Service Arizona-dot-com.
