A derailed train is forcing the closure of 24th Street south of Washington. It's not clear what caused the derailment, Phoenix police have confirmed there was not a collision. Four car went off the track, with two of them landing on their sides. It's reported loads of grain spilled onto 24th Street. The closure is expected to last several hours as crews clean up the mess.
