(Phoenix, AZ) -- The final touches are being put on plans for Arizona's 2019 inauguration ceremony, which will take place at the state Capitol on Monday, January 7th. Among those to be sworn in are Governor Doug Ducey, who will begin his second term, Secretary of State-elect Katie Hobbs and Superintendent of Public Instruction-elect Kathy Hoffman. The grandchildren of former Arizona Congressman Ed Pastor, who died earlier this year, have been invited to lead the Pledge of Allegiance.
