(Phoenix, AZ) -- Just ahead of the start of the 2019 legislative session, one lawmaker is introducing a bill to update laws on vaping to keep e-cigarettes out of the hands of teenagers. State Senator-elect Heather Carter says teenage use of vaping products is at an epidemic level. She calls them "training wheels for a future cigarette smoker." Carter says her new legislation addresses the out-of-date definition of the products. She expect more bills to limit vaping to be introduced.
