Sheriff Joe Takes His Case To The Supreme Court

(Phoenix, AZ)  --  Former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio wants the U.S. Supreme Court to step in as he tries to clear his contempt of court conviction.  Arpaio was pardoned by President Trump, and will not face punishment.  But a lower court judge found that his conviction will still stand.  The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeal ruled last year that a special prosecutor should argue the case. Arpaio's lawyers contend that decision is unconstitutional.
