Cactus League Attendance Good Despite Challenges

The Cactus League is having a good year so far. With about two weeks left to go, attendance is up about three percent over 2018. Average attendance is about 6,800 people.

Cactus League President Jeff Meyer said the Cubs have been drawing the most fans.

Meyer added attendance has been good despite a number of challenges, including an earlier start to the preseason, cold and wet weather, and the smallest number of games in five years.
