Phoenix Police Officer Paul Rutherford was tragically killed in the line of duty on March 21, 2019 when he was struck by a vehicle while investigating an unrelated accident in the area of 75th Avenue and Indian School Road.
On Monday, March 25, 2019, The Phoenix Law Enforcement Association will host a fundraiser pancake breakfast and cookout at the PLEA Office, located at 1102 West Adams Street, beginning at 8:00 am. Lunch and dinner will follow with food planning to be served until 11:00 pm.
