Senator Kyrsten Sinema returned to Washington, D.C. with the rest of the Senate Monday. She did it with style. Arizona's senior Senator donned a pink wig and face mask as she made her first appearance on the Senate floor since the COVID19 pandemic closed the Senate for in-person business.
Apparently the wig was only $12.99.
As 12 News Brahm Resnik writes on Twitter Senator Sinema is taking seriously social distancing and apparently hasn't been to the hair salon in quite some time.
Perhaps on her next trip home she'll be able to do that as hair salons and barbershops can reopen on Friday with CDC recommendations in place.
