Phoenix City Council Holding Police Budget Hostage.

The city of Phoenix has, like many other large American cities, seen protests over the past few days. Not just protests, but riots. Rioters have smashed windows on several city owned buildings in Phoenix. The Scottsdale Fashion Square mall in Scottsdale was looted.

Looted in coordinated efforts to wreak havoc on Valley cities.

And some members of the city council want these rioters to be released from jail. Not only that, the city council members say if they aren't released these city council members will vote against Wednesday's Phoenix Police Budget vote. Listen here.
