Governor Doug Ducey is going to allow local governments to require masks. The cities of Phoenix, Tucson and Nogales had hoped this would be the case considering the rise in the number of cases.
In fact, Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego is already saying the City Council will vote on a mask requirement at their next meeting.
