Yes, the same guy who profited off COVID19, is lecturing New Yorkers and Americans about how to behave this Christmas. Thanks, Andrew. We can handle it on our own.
Perhaps Cuomo should reconsider his reference. At first, the Grinch hates Christmas but he does wind up saving the day after his heart grew three sizes that day.
