The Supreme Court Rejects To Hear Texas' Election Lawsuit.

The Supreme Court has denied the state of Texas' lawsuit to overturn the election results. The Texas Attorney General sought the Supreme Court to overturn the election results alleging Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Wisconsin violated the US Constitution with the way they conducted their elections.

There were allegations the election alterations, via mail-in ballots, etc. were unconstitutional. Here's what the Supreme Court wrote, 'Texas motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.'

Again, the Supreme Court has denied to even hear the case. This means it appears Joe Biden will be sworn in as the next President on January 20th.
