Texas Governor Greg Abbott has decided that he wants to take steps forward to combat the rampant flow of illegal immigration flowing into our country.
He signed an executive order allowing officials to capture and release immigrants that come in illegally.
Will this make a significant difference? Maybe not. But it will show how feckless the Biden Administration truly is when a Border state has to act on its own to protect our sovereign borders rather than President Biden's administration doing anything about it.
The optics of this are positive and should be a win for not only Texas but anyone who wants to have safe and secure borders for our country.
