Arizona Board Of Regents Reacts To Lawsuit

The Arizona Board of Regents is reacting to a lawsuit over its tuition rates.  The Chairman of the Arizona Board of Regents Bill Ridenour says the attorney general's lawsuit provides good headlines, saying it has a lot of attacks, but doesn't offer any constructive fixes.

The "Arizona Republic" reports Ridenour says the legal maneuver by Mark Brnovich points a lot of fingers but provides no solutions to lighten the financial burden for students and their families.

Last Friday, Brnovich filed the suit against the regents saying tuition rates have skyrocketed by as much as 370-percent over the past 15 years which violates a state mandate.
