Motel Workers Report Guests To Immigration Agents

Workers at a couple of Phoenix motels are in hot water for reporting guests to federal immigration agents.  Motel 6 says employees at two locations in the city sent a list of all the guests in the motels to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents every morning.

At least 20 people were arrested between February and August of this year.

The motel chain giant says the policy was set at the local level and senior executives had no idea about the practice, which has since been stopped.
