Neil has been in the Phoenix area since fall of 1974, served as mayor of Tempe from 1994-2004, and has been President & CEO of GPL since November 2015. He is also the author of The Campaign Within: A Mayor’s Private Journey to Public Leadership, published in 2012. GPL is a business advocacy and social good organization of 125 CEO’s in the region who lead some of Arizona's largest and most impactful enterprises.
