Vice President Harris: America Has A 'Shameful Past.'

This is why they keep the Vice President hidden.

She's just not good at her job. The White House trotted out Kamala Harris Tuesday for the virtual meeting of the National Congress of American Indians.

Harris saying, “since 1934, every October, the United States has recognized the voyage of the European explorers who first landed on the shores of the Americas. But that is not the whole story. That has never been the whole story.'

The Vice President continues, 'those explorers ushered in a wave of devastation for Tribal nations, perpetrating violence, stealing land, and spreading disease. We must not shy away from this shameful past, and we must shed light on it and do everything we can to address the impact of the past on Native communities today.”

Her solution: pass the $3.5 trillion dollar green infrastructure package Democrats are proposing in Washington. Yup. That's a next-level guilt trip right there.

Ironically, Vice President Harris inadvertently proves government assistance doesn't work. We all know what happened to Native Americans in our past is tragic. Since then, the United States federal government has been trying to solve the issues that remain. As Harris notes, so far, the federal government has failed. The green new deal will fail as well.

Why? Because government always going to government.
