The Democrats are gearing up for a crowded 2020 field that will try and help them decide who will run for President against Donald Trump.
People like Senator Chuck Schumer laughed at the prospect of the 2016 field the Republicans put up to only have the survivor of that field succeed in becoming the President.
The Democrats will now be implementing a similar strategy of throwing a lot of different ideas out there to see what sticks.
Will there be a dozen candidates? Two dozen? Will there be a stage big enough to hold all of them?
"Let a thousand flowers bloom," Schumer says.
He is accepting the fact that this is going to be a true circus on display for the Democrat Party and it will be the Republicans who are now laughing at them!
